To assist you in taking the first step, there are two important forms in the "INVENTORS INFORMATION GUIDE":

1. CONFIDENTIALITY FORM: It has been pre-signed and is your assurance of our integrity.

2. DISCLOSURE FORM: This form is used to aid you in documenting your idea.

Please fill out the Confidentiality Form and file it with your records. Fill out the Disclosure Form and attach a description and sketch of your idea including as much detail as possible. Sign and date all pages, return them as soon as possible, because time is important to you. At this preliminary stage, it is not necessary to have a prototype.

On receipt of your invention description we will evaluate its market potential, then contact you to discuss the next step.
